I've been smoking meth for 4 yrs now - the worst decision I have ever made in my life. There are times I would look in the mirror and just cry I would have scabs all over my face. I didn't recognize the person staring back at me. Now I have scars from meth that I have to deal with for the rest of my life. I hate everyone especially myself. I have never been so depressed in my life... I know I'm at the point where I know I need help this is my first stepŠ Admitting and quitting... my first week without ice. I'm so angry and can only think about having a puff.. I just gotta be strong and try to resist it..
